Walela Nehanda is a Black, nonbinary, disabled, queer cultural worker and writer. They have been featured in a variety of publications, including SELF magazine, Nylon,  i-D, Teen Vogue, and The Guardian. They were also named in Out100’s 2020 list of current and future queer leaders. Nehanda’s work centers the self-determination and liberation of colonized peoples.
