Gabrielle Loman

This is Gabrielle Loman, a beautiful young Frontline
supporter who died suddenly at the age of 12. This young girl at 6 years
old collected coins from her friends and family, all totaling about $4 and
gave it to her grandmother, Catherine Tranquilli, a Frontline
volunteer, and said, "Please give this to the man who feeds the poor
people." She did this on a couple of occasions, and each time it
warmed Ray's heart immensely. In September of this year, her grandmother
Cathy sent in a check to help sponsor our Sunday Night Swing event. To
Ray's horror, he read in the note that the contribution was being made in
memory of little Gabrielle, who died suddenly at her home. Tears were
shared by Cathy and Ray and myself, for the loss of this beautiful young
girl who truly does leave a void in our existence. Her love and compassion
and empathy far superceded her years of life. |
